This one day course is specially for those who are curious to discover the basics of lithography.  You will have a few prints to take home by the end of the day.

Explore making 3-dimensional prints by printing your existing etching and drypoint plates into plaster shapes. Please bring existing etching or drypoint plates, or plan to make simple drypoint plates to try out the techniques.

The Jigsaw Linocut course will take you on a journey from the basics of linocut through to advanced prints using multiple layers of jigsaw blocks. The course is suitable for beginners or more experienced printmakers.

Explore monotype printing at HAUSPRINT. A short introduction to using stencils in monotype, including plants, leaves and flowers as stencils, with artist Michelle Avison. 

Try out an experimental approach to aquatint, working both from white to black and removing black to achieve grey to white. Experiment with different resists, including crayon, stop-out and marker pens. This class is suitable for new or experienced etchers.
